Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 2–7 business days depending on your location in Canada. You'll get a tracking number by email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We pack singles securely in top-loaders or team bags inside rigid mailers.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes — free pickup at our Valleyfield and Repentigny stores. Select Local pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unopened sealed product can be returned within 14 days in original condition. Singles are final sale once shipped, as condition can't be guaranteed after they leave us.
My card arrived damaged — what now?
We're sorry! Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and store credit. In-store we also accept cash and debit.
How does store credit work?
Sell us cards and choose store credit for a +5% bonus. Credit never expires and can be used online or in either store.
